These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nodestratos.com (the "Site"), operated by Nodestratos LLC ("Nodestratos", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational portfolio and a way to contact us. Submitting the inquiry form is a request to be contacted — it is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
All content, design, code, and marks on the Site are owned by Nodestratos LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach security, overload or attack it, scrape it, or submit unlawful, infringing, or false content through the form.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability or accuracy. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nodestratos LLC or its members be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nodestratos LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these terms shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court. You and Nodestratos waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class or representative action. This does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 7, venue for any permitted court action lies in Wyoming.
